On July 25, 2024, the first official global press conference of MISM was held in Maputo, the capital of Mozambique. Mr. Salim Klipton Vara, the president of BVM, attended the conference in person and delivered an important speech. The Mozambican National Television broadcast the entire press conference live, announcing the official launch and operation of MISM.

On December 22, 2023, BVM officially approved and confirmed the relevant trading rules and procedures of MISM.

On July 24, 2024, the Central Bank of Mozambique officially issued the MISM financial license. The Mozambique Securities Regulatory Commission issued a Memorandum of understanding, detailing a series of securities-related business areas of MISM, including its business scope, trading rules, trading locations, etc.

On August 5, 2024, MISM officially held its first awarding and signing ceremony for Chinese enterprises in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China. In attendance were Mr. Paruk, the Mayor of Matola, Republic of Mozambique, Mr. Chemann, the Minister of One-Stop Services of Mozambique, and Mr. Zidiso, the Minister of Operations of BVM. Mr. Dino, a director of MISM, Ms. Tania, the head of the legal department of MISM, relevant leaders from the Foreign Affairs Office of Ningbo City and the Commerce Bureau of Ningbo City, as well as many domestic enterprise leaders, in the presence of many leaders, Mr. Dino, an official of MISM, personally submitted the official cooperation documents to Mr. Liao Junhua, the chairman of Weiyue Group. We are pleased to announce that our company, Jiangxi Weiyue Mosang Enterprise Consulting Co., LTD., has become the sole authorized partner of MISM in the overseas market and has received an official memorandum of understanding signed by MISM.

On September 26, 2024, the first MISM launch ceremony in China was held by Weiyue Kaiyuan New Energy Technology Co., LTD., a subsidiary of the group. Mr. Zhang Yangsong, Director of the Foreign Trade Promotion Division of the Ningbo Bureau of Commerce, and Mr. Xiao Shuang, Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Division of the Ningbo Foreign Affairs Office, attended this conference as the hosts and delivered important speeches, fully demonstrating the enthusiasm and inclusiveness of Ningbo as an international city. Mr. Oliver, Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Malawi in China, Mr. Telles, First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Mozambique in China, Mr. Dino, Director of MISM, and Ms. Tania, Minister of Legal Affairs of MISM, among other officials from both countries, also attended this meeting. At the meeting site, Mr. Dino, a director of MISM, signed a letter of intent for investment cooperation in non-listed companies with Chinese enterprises.

Jiangxi Weiyue Mozambique Enterprise Consulting Co., Ltd. is currently the sole authorized partner of MISM in the global market and also the sole authorized partner in the Chinese market. The operating business entity is the "Mozambique International Securities Exchange Market". Any other institution or entity with a similar name does not have the qualification to operate in the domestic market.
